At The Paradise of Flowers, we take pride in delivering fresh, beautiful flowers and plants right to your doorstep. Please review our shipping and delivery policies below to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Delivery Areas

 

We proudly provide local flowers delivery throughout Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and surrounding areas. For areas outside our delivery zone, please contact us for availability and shipping options.

2. Delivery Fees

 

Delivery fees vary based  on the location and will be calculate at checkout before you  complete your purchase.

3. Delivery Times

 

  • Same-day delivery is available for most orders placed before 2 PM(subject to flower availability and delivery zone).

  • Orders placed after 2PM are typically delivered the next business day.

  • During holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, delivery times cannot be guaranteed due the high order volume .

Please note: While we make every effort to deliver your order within the requested time frame, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, recipient availability or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Cut-Offs

 

  • Same-day delivery: Orders must be placed before 2 PM local time.

  • Next-day delivery: Orders may be placed at any time before the scheduled delivery date.

       

5. Shipping & Handling

All floral arrangements are hand-crafted and carefully transported by our local delivery team to ensure freshness and quality upon arrival.


 

6. Delivery Instructions

 

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Provide accurate recipient information, including name, address, and phone number.

  • Include any special instructions (e.g., gate codes, apartment number, preferred delivery time).

  • If no one is available to receive the flowers, we may leave them in a safe location, or contact the recipient to arrange an alternative delivery.
